Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
The AirLink Neonatal Transport Team features highly-trained and experienced nurses who provide specialized and expert care for ill infants of all ages and of all diagnoses. St. Charles Bend's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is home to the only Neonatal Transport team east of the Cascade Mountains in Oregon, serving 33,000 square miles.
The Neonatal Transport Team is comprised of neonatal nurse practitioners, registered nurses and respiratory therapists who provide exceptional medical care and family support.
The transport team is available at all times to transport critically ill infants to St. Charles Bend or other area hospitals by ambulance, helicopter or fixed-wing aircraft.
