Karen A. Campbell, PhD
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Karen A. Campbell is a licensed psychologist. She works primarily with patients who have concerns related to weight, chronic pain, diabetes, cardiac conditions and stress. She earned her master's and doctoral degrees from the University of Kentucky and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Florida, Departments of Clinical and Health Psychology.

Ryan Dix, PsyD
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Ryan Dix is a licensed psychologist located in Prineville. He holds a doctoral degree from George Fox University and completed a postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco. As part of working in a rural setting, Dix provides a variety of services including individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults along with assistance for those coping with medical issues.

Brian Evans, PsyD
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Brian Evans is a licensed psychologist providing services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Much of his work is focused on evaluating and treating patients with insomnia, chronic pain and anxiety. He is also actively involved in providing behavioral health consulting services in primary care settings to patients with complex medical issues.

Eugene Kranz, PhD
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Eugene Kranz is a licensed psychologist providing services in both outpatient and inpatient settings. He specializes in helping adolescents, adults and couples and is inspired by the changes that take place during the counseling experience. He received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and completed fellowships at the University of Santa Clara and Kaiser Permanente in Adult Psychiatry.

Sondra Marshall, PhD
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Sondra Marshall is a licensed psychologist having completed her doctorate in 1997 from the University of Utah. Marshall has specialized training in pediatric neuropsychological assessment. She has assisted in developing several interdisciplinary clinics including a NICU Follow-Up Clinic and the Program for the Evaluation of Development and Learning (PEDAL). Marshall also works with high school athletes who have sustained concussions and is integrated as a Behavioral Health Consultant in a primary medical home.

Dr. James Porzelius, PhD
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. James Porzelius is a licensed clinical psychologist. He received his doctoral training at Rush University in Chicago and completed his residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and a fellowship at Case Western Reserve University. Porzelius provides psychology services to the St. Charles Rehabilitation Center. He also works with outpatients who have completed rehab or who have medical conditions that have long-term effects on function.

Mikala Saccoman, PhD
Psychologist Resident
Dr. Mikala Saccoman is a psychologist resident who completed her doctoral degree from the University of Utah. Her practice involves neuropsychological assessment of adults and children with specialized training in autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders of childhood. She is currently completing her post-doctoral training in the area of geriatric neuropsychology.

Scott M. Safford, PhD

Dr. Safford is a licensed clinical psychologist who works as a behavioral health consultant at St. Charles Family Care in Redmond where his practice focuses on brief cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions for patients with complex health issues, insomnia, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. Dr. Safford completed his masters and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology with an emphasis on mood and anxiety disorders at Temple University, in Philadelphia. His pre-doctoral internship was at the Portland, Oregon VA Medical Center and his post-doctoral training was at the Idaho State University Psychology Clinic with emphases in geriatrics and chronic pain management.

Leah B. Schock, PhD
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Leah B. Schock is a licensed psychologist who completed her doctoral training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 1997 and went on to her postdoctoral studies in neuropsychology at this same medical institution. Her practice involves neuropsychological assessment of the adult and geriatric populations with a wide variety of neurological disorders as well as evaluation and management of concussion in both adolescents and adults.

Rebecca JH Scrafford, PsyD
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Rebecca Scrafford completed her doctoral training at the University of Denver with focuses in both children/adolescents and trauma. Much of her work has been with individuals affected by an autism spectrum disorder, ADHD and/or other neurodevelopmental disorders. She began working at St Charles in May 2011 and is excited to be involved with assessments, individual treatment and social skill groups with children, adolescent and young adults.

Dr. Kim Swanson
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Swanson earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology and her Master's in Psychophysiology and Biofeedback from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Diego. Her special areas of experience and training include oncology, cardiology, cardiac transplantation, HIV/AIDS, neurology, biofeedback, chronic medical illness, chronic pain and primary care psychology. She works full-time at St. Charles Family Care in Redmond.
