We excel at acute care during the critical first hours after stroke symptoms emerge. Because rapid response is essential, stroke victims are attended to immediately at our Emergency Department.
Care continues at a specialized Stroke Care Unit with surgical and non-surgical procedures, as well as post-stroke therapies, including rehabilitation. Our multi-disciplinary rapid response team includes neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists, a neurointerventionalist, rehabilitative specialists and an RN stroke coordinator.
