Lifeline Services
Immediate Help by Pressing a Button
Lifeline is an affordable, easy-to-use medical alert service designed to reduce the risk of living alone. If you need emergency services, trained staff can dispatch assistance, retrieve relevant medical information from your profile, and alert family or neighbors. The system can also be configured to send personalized reminders to take medication.
Worn as a necklace or bracelet, the Personal Help Button provides immediate access to medical help when pressed — day or night. It can not only protect your life, but enhance your confidence about living in your own home.
When you need help:
- Push your Personal Help Button.
- Your CarePartner Basic Unit or telephone automatically dials the Lifeline Response Center.
- Staff with instant access to your complete profile contact you to find out what you need.
- If you can't or don't answer, Lifeline sends help immediately.
