Conveniently located on both Bend and Redmond hospital campuses, we use an integrated approach to ongoing care for adults and children. Our licensed staff includes geriatric-certified and Neurologic Certified physical therapists, a Pediatric Physiatrist (a physician trained in pediatrics and rehabilitation medicine) and an attentive staff to guide and monitor your progress.

We evaluate and provide rehabilitation for those with:

Head injuries
Low vision
Memory deficits
